A banker turned consultant who worked mainly in the City of London, Chris now operates as a non-executive director and provides consulting and training.
Chris spent 25 years in banking and moved to be a management consultant in 2000, with a focus on Financial Services, culminating in becoming global head of Financial Services for Grant Thornton.
Since 2017 Chris has operated as a senior advisor to various organisations, including start-ups. He is a Director of British Eventing and ICOM. He also works as a coach and provides training in team development, intercultural management and coaching as a Director of Chancery Training.
