World ranked number one, Charlotte Dujardin, the double Olympic gold medallist, has given Brooke some of her most cherished possessions from her competition career, including items worn at the London 2012 Olympics, for an exclusive auction which hopes to raise much needed funds to help hard working horses, donkeys and mules around the world.

Fifty years ago an innovative report was published which outlined a practical animal welfare framework for animal owners and carers around the world. Brooke, along with many other institutions, governments, academia and industry, still uses this framework today.

Global Equine Welfare charity Brooke is giving shoppers the chance to escape the consumerist squabble of Black Friday this year and offering the opportunity to buy virtual gifts for loved ones. The gifts, priced from £9 - £106 will help working horses, donkeys and mules in developing countries around the world, where people rely on their working animals to earn a living.

Celebrities have giving support to the Brooke's Horse Heroes campaign. This Armistice Day, we want to draw special attention to the horses who took part in the war. Of the one million horses supporting the British forces in WW1, only 60,000 returned to the UK.
